Impact of Haemodialysis on Coagulation Profile in Chronic Kidney Disease

Background
 Chronic kidney disease (CKD) with its high prevalence, morbidity and mortality is an important public health problem. Considering the nature of haemodialysis process, it has a considerable impact on coagulation profile. To find out variations in Platelet count, Prothrombin time (PT), International Normalised Ratio (INR) Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT) before after patients.
 Materials Methods: 
 This prospective observational study Coagulation profile platelet count pre post hemodialysis patients chronic renal failure was conducted 150 CKD Department Pathology, SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. p value <0.05 considered to be statistically significant.
 Results
 In this study, there significant reduction from mean 2.29 cells/cu.mm dialysis 2.03 cell/cu.mm dialysis. There prolongation both PT aPTT values dialysis
 Conclusion
 These findings expose higher risk bleeding disorders, which may have role increasing rate patient morbidity. light need for nephrologist monitor dialysis, treat any derangements same, so as improve outcome these patients.
